右の通り五郷共に一枚ずつ書き認め終わったら、催行の神人を招き、郷の順序に従って渡す。その時神人が片木を持参して請け取る。この時各々下にして書面をそれに載せる。神人が引注文を書き出して郷方へ持参すると、その郷がこれを請け取る。五枚を重ねたまま左角の所を紙捻りで綴じて、催行の神人に渡す。神人が目代々へ持参すると、目代々が返抄を覧て、その趣旨を全て五郷引附に書き載せ終わる。
《引附の書き様は、先ず日付十一日と書き記し、八十文反分誰々往来田飯料矢刀祢募集、則ち弁済すると記すのである》
一反々々と読み上げて、算取が算を入れ、上判役が判を押すことを終えて、催行の神人に渡す。それから矢刀祢に渡し、矢刀祢は切板の落間において頂戴し終わる。
《この返抄は頂戴の後に引注文を出した所の郷方へ返し、その郷方から後日、引注文に載せられた人へ渡す》

正月十一日の御飯募集については、小日記役が参加しないため、目代々が五郷共に引付に書き記した後、注文を書き出した郷方へ、五反の内二反を祝義として引き残して三反とするがいかがかと相談し、その上で一反々々と読み上げ、算取が算を入れた後、定判役が判を押した後、矢刀祢へ下されることとなった。
次に番頭の御酒は前日の如くであるが、今日は小預が通日の御料を行うことを終え、各々退散した。

一、今日より庁屋において御結鎮募集の儀があるので、先ず未刻頃から

As described above, after writing and acknowledging one sheet each for all five villages, the officiating shrine attendant is summoned and [the documents] are handed over according to village order. At that time, the shrine attendant brings wooden tablets and receives them. At this time, each person places them face down and loads the written documents onto them. The shrine attendant writes out requisition orders and brings them to the village representatives, whereupon each village receives them. The five sheets are bound together at the left corner with a paper twist and handed to the officiating shrine attendant. When the shrine attendant brings them to the deputy chiefs, the deputy chiefs examine the copies and completely record all the details in the five-village record book.
(The method of writing in the record book is: first record the date as the eleventh day, then record "eighty mon, paddy field portion, [names], Ōrai-da meal expenses, Yatone priest collection, accordingly paid.")
[The amounts] are read aloud as "one tan, one tan," the calculator enters the calculations, the senior judge affixes his seal, and then it is handed to the officiating shrine attendant. From there it is handed to the Yatone priest, who receives it respectfully in the space between the cutting boards.
(These copies are returned after receipt to the village representatives who submitted the requisition orders, and those village representatives later hand them to the people listed in the requisition orders.)

Regarding the meal fund collection for the eleventh day of the first month, since the minor record-keeper did not participate, the deputy chiefs recorded [the information] in the registers for all five villages. Afterward, for the village representatives who submitted orders, they consulted about whether to set aside two tan out of five tan for celebratory purposes, leaving three tan. Following this, [the amounts] were read aloud as "one tan, one tan," the calculator entered the calculations, the official judge affixed his seal, and then it was presented to the Yatone priest.
Next, the chief's sake was as on the previous day, but today the minor administrator conducted the daily provisions, and everyone dispersed.
