英語訳

Items for Distribution of Draft Papers To Kawakami Village: Two bundles of writing paper, one pair of brushes To Ōmiya Village: Same as above To Koyama Village: One and a half bundles of writing paper, one pair of brushes To Nakamura Village: Two bundles plus ten sheets of writing paper, one pair of brushes To Okamoto Village: One and a half bundles of writing paper, one pair of brushes To the Deputy Chiefs: Two bundles of writing paper, two pairs of brushes, two dragon-shaped ink sticks (However, of the above, forty sheets of writing paper are to be given to the minor diary clerk. One pair of brushes and one ink stick are for use on the sixteenth day.) In addition to the above, half a bundle of writing paper is given to the village representatives as material for record books. 1. The nine sheets of large Kōdan paper are for the seventh tablet, so arrangements should be made in advance through consultation, and with careful attention from the officials, they should be received directly from the paper shop. Standard phrases, etc., should be written out privately in advance. However, for the archery rotation assignment slips, the shrine priest's court rank and name should be written on the sixteenth day. The head official's court rank and surname should also be written on that day for names to be announced, to be written at the government office. 1. The writing paper for the five village record books should be joined together and prepared. The numbers are: Kawakami Village record book seven (or six) sheets, Ōmiya Village record book six (or five) sheets, Koyama Village record book five (or four) sheets, Nakamura Village record book nine (or seven) sheets, Okamoto Village record book five sheets. As written above, they should be joined for guest use, with the village name abbreviations written in small characters at the edge, and placed in paper bags. (The bags should also be labeled with which deputy chief [they belong to].) Ninth Day
