In accordance with the written notice above, the wild/unreclaimed land (noyachi), comprising both paddy fields and dry fields totaling 50 chō, is hereby granted to Koyanagiwa Nakatsukasa as newly developed wilderness land (arano shinden) for a period of four years beginning this year. Please record this in your respective registers (temae tomechō) and instruct the district magistrates (kōri bugyō) in accordance with the established procedures for new fields.
