右の通り、当該新田の土地について差し障りはないとの由、御郡奉行が見分の上書き付けましたので、この通り披露（上申）いたします。小梁川中務殿に下し置かれますので、野谷地を引き渡すようにしてください。

As the District Magistrate (Kōri Bugyō) has conducted an inspection of the above-mentioned new field lands and found no obstructions, this report is hereby submitted for your review. As the lands are to be granted to Koyanagawa Nakatsukasa-no-jō, please proceed with the transfer of the uncultivated wild land (noyachi). Respectfully.

In accordance with the above-written document, the uncultivated wild land, comprising a combined total of 50 chō of paddy and upland fields, has been granted to Koyanagawa Nakatsukasa-no-jō as wasteland newly opened for cultivation (kōya shinden), beginning from this year for a period of four years. Please enter this in your respective record books (temae tomechō), and notify the District Magistrates (Kōri Bugyō) regarding the new fields in accordance with established procedure. Respectfully.
