陸奥国の桃生・牡鹿・登米・磐井・元良・伊沢・賀美・玉造・栗原・志田・遠田・刈田・柴田・伊具・亘理・名取・宮城・黒川・江刺・気仙の二十郡、ならびに宇多郡の内九か村、常陸国信太郡の内十三か村・筑波郡の内四か村・河内郡の内十八か村・野渕郡の内二か村、合計高六十二万石余、目録（別紙にあり）の内、三万石は田村右京太夫が管轄すべき残りの五十九万石余を宛行い訖んぬ。全て領知すべき件の如し。

Within the twenty districts (*gun*) of Mutsu Province — Monou, Oshika, Tome, Iwai, Motoyoshi, Isawa, Kami, Tamatsukuri, Kurihara, Shida, Tōda, Katta, Shibata, Igu, Watari, Natori, Miyagi, Kurokawa, Esashi, and Kesen — together with nine villages within Uta District; thirteen villages within Shida District of Hitachi Province; four villages within Tsukuba District; eighteen villages within Kawachi District; and two villages within Nobuchi District — totaling more than 620,000 *koku* in assessed yield, as detailed in the attached inventory — of which 30,000 *koku* are to be administered by Tamura Ukyō-no-tayū, the remaining 590,000-plus *koku* are hereby granted. Let this domain be governed in full accordance with the above.
