現代語訳
物は古への器物、刀剣の類にて、盟約結信皆その宝を用いて罪を贖なうにも、また斯くの如し。
誠に然り。また曰く、その宝の中に最も尊び重んずる物は、状燕尾に似て両岐に鈴を掛け、各一口、これを地室に蔵め、祈祷する時は祭る。
英語訳
Their treasures are ancient vessels and implements, swords and blades of various kinds. In making oaths, establishing trust, and using these treasures to atone for sins - all follow this same pattern.
This is truly so. It is also said that among their treasures, the most revered and valued objects are shaped like swallow tails with bells hung on both forks, one on each side. These are stored in underground chambers, and when praying, they are worshipped.
