今般木曽贄川宿久蔵ゟ御出訴申上候
御儀は 御領分平出村伝治江貸金有
之候ニ付久蔵代忠七郎差添役人
金沢謙十郎罷出御願申上候処相手方

この度、木曽贄川宿の久蔵より御出訴申し上げました件は、御領分平出村の伝治への貸金がございましたので、久蔵の代理人忠七郎と差し添えの役人金沢謙十郎が出向いて御願い申し上げましたところ、相手方の伝治、同村の八右衛門、瀬八が御召し出しとなり、現在御吟味中のところ、格別の御憐憫をもって、この度池上吉兵衛と藤沢六郎右衛門が立会人として仰せ付けられ、これにより訴状と答弁を承ったところ、以下の通りです。
