附録 消毒法を参照すべし
第十八条 委員は「コレラ」病者がある家屋・船舶・器具等に消毒法を行い、或いは器具の極めて汚れたものは買い上げてこれを焼却・埋却する等、すべて病毒伝播を防止する便宜の方法を設け、地方長官の許可を得てこれを施行すべきである。
