但病毒消滅薬ノ義ハ病院本分局及ヒ区医同出張所

申尤代価自弁難致モノハ無代価付与可致事

薬品であるが、この機会に臨んで一己の利欲を謀り、代価を騰貴して販売する者があってはならないので、薬店営業の者へ至急通達すべき旨を伝達する。
ただし、格外の代価をもって販売する者がある場合は、糺問を遂げ処分を申し付けるので、この旨を心得ること。
