　一　同十三辰年九月為勤番江戸表ㇸ罷登
　　　翌巳三月罷下候事

　一　同十四巳年八月跡式御知行三百石無御
　　　相違被下置候事

　一　宝永二酉年正月頭神尾六左衛門願之
　　　通御知行被　召上跡御役簗瀬三左衛門組ニ
　　　罷成候事

　一　同年八月頭簗瀬三左衛門若年寄被
　　　仰付跡御役日向三郎右衛門組ニ罷成候事

　一　同四亥年八月六年以前村上四郎兵衛二
　　　女ニ被相頼坂惣右衛門方ㇸ艶書取次之強而
　　　惣左衛門ニ相渡候義士ニ不似合所行ニ付御知
　　　行被　召上御暇被下置候事

一、同十三年辰年九月、勤番のため江戸表へ罷り上り
　　翌巳年三月罷り下ったこと

一、同十四年巳年八月、跡式の御知行三百石を相違なく
　　下し置かれたこと

一、宝永二年酉年正月、頭の神尾六左衛門が願いの
　　通り御知行を召し上げられ、跡の御役として簗瀬三左衛門組に
　　なったこと

一、同年八月、頭の簗瀬三左衛門が若年寄を
　　仰せ付けられ、跡の御役として日向三郎右衛門組になったこと

一、同四年亥年八月、六年以前に村上四郎兵衛の
　　娘に頼まれ、坂惣右衛門方へ艶書の取次を強引に
　　惣左衛門に渡した件について、武士に似合わない所行につき御知
　　行を召し上げられ御暇を下し置かれたこと

一、享保六年丑年正月、帰参を仰せ付けられ五人扶
　　持を下し置かれ、常詰小番に召し出されたこと
一、同年　御在国中は御広間御番として外様に
　　加わり勤めたこと

一、同九年辰年七月、御番並の御擬作十五
　　石三人扶持を成し下され、外に江戸扶持一人扶

June: Accompanied the lord on his return journey from Edo

1. Same 13th year, year of the Dragon, 9th month: Went up to Edo for guard duty,
returned in the 3rd month of the following year of the Snake

1. Same 14th year, year of the Snake, 8th month: Was granted the hereditary
stipend of 300 koku without change

1. Hōei 2, year of the Rooster, 1st month: As requested by unit commander
Kamio Rokuzaemon, his stipend was confiscated and he was transferred
to Yanase Sanzaemon's unit as replacement

1. Same year, 8th month: When unit commander Yanase Sanzaemon was
appointed as wakadoshiyori, he was transferred to Hyūga Saburōemon's unit as replacement

1. Same 4th year, year of the Boar, 8th month: Six years earlier, at the request of
Murakami Shirōbee's daughter, he forcibly delivered a love letter through
Saka Sōemon to Sōzaemon. For this conduct unbecoming of a samurai, his
stipend was confiscated and he was dismissed

1. Kyōhō 6, year of the Ox, 1st month: Was permitted to return to service,
granted a stipend for five persons, and summoned to regular duty as a minor guard
1. Same year: During the lord's residence in the domain, served as palace guard
among the tozama retainers

1. Same 9th year, year of the Dragon, 7th month: Was granted guard rank with
a ceremonial stipend of 15 koku and support for three persons, plus one person's support for Edo duty
