が、御品は不詳であること

　　愿彰院様の御用を共に相勤めたことにより、御召古の御紋
　　の御単物一つを下し置かれたこと

一　同四年未年七月
　　愿彰院様の御紋の御帷子一つを、右同様の
　　理由により下し置かれたこと

一　同月、玄冬大藪右衛門が病気の時から同役
　　三人で補い、精を出して怠りなく相勤めた旨を仰せ
　　出されたこと

一　同年八月、精を出してよく相勤めたことにより、五石に江戸
　　扶持一人扶持の御加増を下し置かれたこと

一　同年十二月
　　梅園院様
　　愿彰院様が御疱瘡をされた際の御祝儀として、御
　　端物を下し置かれたこと
