一 寛永十三年子年八月、羽州最上へ御所替えの節、御供仕り、御扶持米二十三俵を下され、御荷物才領役を仰せ付けられた事
一 同二十年未年《月不詳》会津へ御入部後、蝋才領役を仰せ付けられた事
一 承応三年午年《月不詳》願いの通り御扶持米を召し上げられた事
一 寛文二年寅年七月朔日病死、法名誉笈春、葬所頓教山一乗寺

Item 1: In the 13th year of Kan'ei, year of the rat (1636), 8th month, when the lord was transferred to Mogami in Dewa Province, he served in attendance and was granted 23 bales of rice stipend, and was appointed to the position of baggage supervisor.
Item 1: In the same 20th year, year of the sheep (1643), month unknown, after entering Aizu domain, he was appointed to the position of wax supervisor.
Item 1: In the 3rd year of Jōō, year of the horse (1654), month unknown, his rice stipend was withdrawn as requested.
Item 1: Died of illness on the 1st day of the 7th month of the 2nd year of Kanbun, year of the tiger (1662). Posthumous Buddhist name: Yokyūshun. Burial place: Ichijōji Temple at Tonkyōzan.
Adopted son: Masaikan (common name: Denbei)
Actually the son of Nishiyama Kaemon, a retainer of Lord Soma
Wife: Adopted daughter of adoptive father Jiuemon. Died of illness on the 19th day of the 8th month of the 3rd year of Kyōhō, year of the dog (1718). Posthumous Buddhist name: Yomyōan. Same burial place as above.
