現代語訳

務御免を成され新番組元立場に仰せ付けられ、これまで精出し相勤めるに付き、御褒美として絹二疋下し置かれた件

一　同五年辰年十月　町蔵奉行兼務を仰せ付けられた件

一　同七年午年十二月　先達て御近習番出精相勤めるに付き、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、町蔵奉行兼務今まで通り相勤める処仰せ出された
ただし井深志津摩組を仰せ付けられ兼務相勤めるに付き、御城御番御免を成された件

一　同十一年戌年二月　男子無座に付き、鋤栖又左衛門三男熊四郎を聟養子仕りたき旨願い任された件

一　同年十一月　精出し相勤め多端の受払いに付いては勤労致すに付き、御褒美として銀子二枚下し置かれた件

一　同十三年子年八月　町蔵奉行一通りを仰せ付けられ、御近習一の寄合席を成し下された件

his duties were relieved and he was appointed to a new position as squad leader (shinban-gumi mototate), and for his diligent service up to this point, he was granted two bolts of silk as a reward

First: In the 10th month of Bunka 5, year of the dragon (1808), he was appointed to concurrent duty as town storehouse magistrate

First: In the 12th month of Bunka 7, year of the horse (1810), for his previous diligent service in the personal attendant guard, he was appointed to the outer retainer group and continued his concurrent duty as town storehouse magistrate as before, as announced
Note: He was appointed to Ibuka Shizuma's group for concurrent service, and was therefore exempted from castle guard duty

First: In the 2nd month of Bunka 11, year of the dog (1814), having no male heir, his request to adopt Kumashirō, the third son of Sukisu Mazaemon, as son-in-law and heir was granted

First: In the 11th month of the same year, for his diligent service and labor in handling numerous complex financial transactions, he was granted two silver coins as a reward

First: In the 8th month of Bunka 13, year of the rat (1816), he was appointed as full town storehouse magistrate and granted the rank of first-class assembly seat among the personal attendants
