   相揃隊々連属致し運用無滞    段兼而合体稽古をも出精致候義と     被 思召之旨仲ヶ間一同御称美被    成下候事  一 同月御振合被転御親衛組被 相止《見せ消ち:■|是》    迄精出相勤候ニ付御褒美綿弐把    被下置嫡子之 御目見御居被置    文武之学寮勝手次第ニ被成置之旨    被 仰出候事  一 同三辰年五月原忠兵衛出役跡補    勤被 仰付十月中迄相勤候     但此後年々出役跡補勤被     仰付候事  一 同四巳年九月太子流剣《見せ消ち:断|術》専修    行致候様尤《見せ消ち:跡|諸》生之修行果敢行候様    世話可致旨被 仰付候事  一 同五午年十一月武芸之内一己修    行は勿論諸生稽古をも世話致日々    罷出父兄薪水之労替候暇も無之    由格別之 思召を以金弐分被下置

現代語訳

相揃い、隊々連属して運用に滞りなく、段々かねてより合体稽古にも出精したことと思し召しの旨、仲間一同が御称美を成し下された件 一 同月 御振合が転じられ、御親衛組を相止められた。これまで精出して相勤めたにつき、御褒美として綿二把を下し置かれ、嫡子の御目見は御居置かれ、文武の学寮は勝手次第に成し置かれる旨を仰せ出された件 一 同三辰年五月 原忠兵衛出役跡補勤を仰せ付けられ、十月中まで相勤めた   但し、この後年々出役跡補勤を仰せ付けられた件 一 同四巳年九月 太子流剣術専修行するよう、もっとも諸生の修行を果敢に行うよう世話すべき旨を仰せ付けられた件 一 同五午年十一月 武芸の内一己修行はもちろん、諸生稽古をも世話し、日々罷り出て父兄の薪水の労に替わる暇もない由、格別の思し召しをもって金二分を下し置かれた
