現代語訳
御勘定の御用のため江戸表へ上り、御勘定を取り決めて帰る際に、御褒美として金子十両を下賜された。
一 寛文二寅年四月 関藤右衛門と一同で御勘定の御用のため江戸表へ上った。同四月に藤右衛門と一同で帰った。
ただし江戸表へ上る際に暇を賜り帰る節には、御召古の御小袖や御帷子等を毎度下賜された。
一 同十二子年七月 老衰したため願い出た通り御役を御免となり、外様組付に任命され原田主馬組に入り、御城御番を勤めた。
一 延宝四辰年十二月 願い出た通り息子の平之丞が御番代に任命された。
一 同五巳年七月二日 七十四歳で病死した。法名は樹仙院宗伯日昭居士、葬所は久遠山実成寺。

He went up to Edo for official financial administration duties, and when he returned after settling the accounts, he was granted ten ryō of gold as a reward.
First: Kanbun 2nd year of Tora (1662), 4th month - Together with Seki Tōemon, he went up to Edo for official financial administration duties. In the same 4th month, he returned together with Tōemon.
However, when he was granted leave to go up to Edo and returned, he was always granted old court kosode robes, katabira summer garments, and other items.
First: Same 12th year of Ne (1672), 7th month - Due to old age and infirmity, as he petitioned, he was relieved of his official duties and appointed to the tozama group under Harada Shume's unit, where he performed castle guard duties.
First: Enpō 4th year of Tatsu (1675), 12th month - As petitioned, his son Heinojō was appointed as his replacement guard.
First: Same 5th year of Mi (1676), 7th month, 2nd day - He died of illness at the age of 74. His posthumous Buddhist name was Jūsen'in Sōhaku Nisshō Koji, and he was buried at Kuozan Jitsujōji Temple.
