一 同三年正月、去る十二月に地下（農民）が逆立（反乱）したため、本役・兼役ともに召し上げられた件
一 同四年六月、一昨年の手余地（余剰地）の地形付貸米の件について取り扱いがあったところ、年来御役場に出仕していながら諸事を西郷仁右衛門に委ね置き、甚だしく怠慢な勤務ぶりであったため、処罰を仰せ付けられる方法もあったが、御情けにより御知行のうち五十石を召し上げられ、小普請を仰せ付けられた件
一 宝暦三年四月、江戸表へ参上し、御目見を仰せ付けられた件
一 同年九月、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、小原五郎右衛門組に入り、御城御番を相勤めた件
一 同四年四月、願いの通り息子文左衛門に御番代を仰せ付けられた件
一 同十一年九月十五日、八十五歳にて病死。法名は法宜院啓叔日相大居士。葬所は同上。
英語訳
• Same 3rd year (1750), 1st month: Due to a peasant uprising (revolt) in the previous December, both his main and concurrent positions were revoked.
• Same 4th year (1751), 6th month: Regarding the matter of lending rice based on surplus land surveys from two years prior, although he had been serving at the government office for years, he had delegated all affairs to Saigō Niemon and had been extremely negligent in his duties. While punishment could have been imposed, out of mercy, 50 koku were confiscated from his domain stipend and he was assigned to minor construction duties (kobushin).
• Hōreki 3rd year (1753), 4th month: He went up to Edo and was granted an audience with the lord.
• Same year, 9th month: He was appointed to the Tozama group under Ohara Gorōemon's unit and served castle guard duty.
• Same 4th year (1754), 4th month: As requested, his son Bunzaemon was appointed as his replacement for guard duty.
• Same 11th year (1761), 9th month, 15th day: He died of illness at age 85. His Buddhist name was Hōgi-in Keishuku Nissō Daikoji. His burial place was the same as above.
