一　同十二年二月、組頭簗瀬求馬が若年寄を仰せ付けられ、後任の御役として山崎左助組に移ることになった件

一　明和四年閏九月、願いの通り御代官勤めの御免を成された件

一　同五年三月、病気につき小普請料を差し出し、ゆっくりと養生したい旨を願い出て許可された件

一　同七年六月十五日、五十五歳にて病死。法名は不経院殿玄得日正居士。葬所は同上

• Same 10th year (1760), 8th month: He was appointed to concurrently serve as district administrator (daikan).

• Same 11th year (1761), 7th month: He was ordered to transfer to Yanase Kyūma's unit.

• Same year, 11th month: He was granted his hereditary stipend of 150 koku without any reduction.

• Same 12th year (1762), 2nd month: Unit leader Yanase Kyūma was appointed as wakadoshiyori (junior elder), and he was transferred to Yamazaki Sasuke's unit as the successor.

• Meiwa 4th year (1767), intercalary 9th month: As requested, he was relieved of his district administrator duties.

• Same 5th year (1768), 3rd month: Due to illness, his request to submit his kobushin stipend and recuperate at leisure was granted.

• Same 7th year (1770), 6th month, 15th day: He died of illness at age 55. His posthumous Buddhist name was Fukyōin-den Gentoku Nisshō Koji. Burial site: same as above.
