　　　仰せ付けられ、芸術修行のため諸勤を
　　　仰せ付けられない間、小普請料を差し出すよう
　　　仰せ付けられ、春日仁左衛門組に所属することとなった件

一　同年九月、槍術を別段精を出して行ったため、
　　　書学寮において御酒を下し置かれた件

一　同九巳年（1797年）二月、武芸に精を出し《見せ消ち：遊｜極》た業績

　　　もあったため、小普請料を御免になり
　　　《見せ消ち：為｜出》勤を仰せ付けられ、御城御番を相勤めることとなった

1. In the 3rd month of Kansei 4, year of the Rat (1792), he was granted his first audience with the lord as requested by his parent.

1. In the 8th month of Kansei 6, year of the Tiger (1794), he was granted the hereditary stipend of 150 koku without change, was appointed to the gaiyo-gumi (external unit), and while he was not assigned various duties for the purpose of studying the arts, he was ordered to contribute the ko-bushin fee and was assigned to Kasuga Jinzaemon's unit.

1. In the 9th month of the same year, because he devoted himself particularly to spear techniques, he was granted sake at the Shogaku-ryō (academy).

1. In the 2nd month of Kansei 9, year of the Snake (1797), because he had achievements in devoting himself to martial arts《strikethrough: play｜extreme》,

　　　his ko-bushin fee was exempted and he was assigned duty
　　　《strikethrough: for｜out》, serving as castle guard.

1. In the 8th month of the same year, he participated in the tori-gari (bird hunting).

1. In the 7th month of Kansei 10, year of the Horse (1798), from the previous《strikethrough: winter｜rabbit》year until last year, he continued to devote himself to spear practice and achieved performance of nine-tenths or better, which was considered remarkable, and he was granted one bundle of cotton as a reward.

1. In the 9th month of Kansei 11, year of the Sheep (1799), when he participated in the tori-gari, in the 11th month of the same year, during that tori-gari session, his coordination and rhythm were
