　　　被減置候所無不参精出相勤候段被

現代語訳

体の連携を行い進退の手順まで良く整え、兼ねてから精出していることであるとお思し召しの旨で、相組一同に御褒美を成し下された件
　　　　但し、獲物を拝領した件

一　享和元年（酉年）七月、御供番を仰せ付けられた件

一　同月、隼人と改名したい旨を願い出て許可された件

一【後】同年十月、不時勤番のため御供仕として参上し、翌戌年四月に帰参した件

一【前】同年九月、追鳥狩の節に御場詰めのため参上し、獲物を拝領した
　　　　但し、この後の合体稽古の節ともに五度参加し、毎度獲物を得て拝領し、もっとも毎度御褒美を成し下された件

一　同年十月、御道中の御人数をも減らし置かれたところ、無欠席で精出して相勤めた段を仰せ出された件

一　同二年（戌年）三月、去る十月以来無欠席で精出して相勤めた段を仰せ出された件

英語訳

coordinated well, arranged proper advance and retreat procedures, and had been showing continuous diligence, which was deemed commendable, and rewards were bestowed upon the entire group.
　　　　However, he received game as a reward.

1. In the seventh month of Kyōwa 1 (Year of the Rooster), he was appointed to guard duty accompanying the lord (otomo-ban).

1. In the same month, his request to change his name to Hayato was granted.

1. [Later] In the tenth month of the same year, he went up to serve as an attendant for extraordinary guard duty and returned in the fourth month of the following year (Year of the Dog).

1. [Earlier] In the ninth month of the same year, he went out for field duty during the bird hunting expedition and received game as a reward.
　　　　However, he participated five times in subsequent joint training sessions, each time obtaining game and receiving rewards, and was commended each time.

1. In the tenth month of the same year, although the number of attendants for the lord's travels was reduced, he was commended for serving diligently without any absences.

1. In the third month of Kyōwa 2 (Year of the Dog), he was commended for serving diligently without any absences since the previous October.
