一　（同年十月、当四月以来勤番中）不参なく出精して相勤めた段を仰せ出された件

一　同十二年（亥年）八月、元の名「隼人」と改名したき旨の願いを聞き届けられた件

一　同年十二月、不時の御登府につき、御供として勤番のため江戸へ上った件
　　但し、雪風により折あしき御道中の御供で格別に骨折れたにつき、思し召しをもって江戸表において御酒を下し置かれた件

一　同月、御道中において御人数をも減じ置かれた所、不参なく精を出して相勤めた段を仰せ出された件

一　同十三年（子年）四月、御上京につき勤番掛として御供を仰せ付けられ、御往来ともに御供を相勤め、同六月に交代して会津へ帰国した件

一　同年六月、去る十二月以来、勤番中不参なく精を出して相勤めた段を仰せ出された件

1. [Continued from previous page: In the tenth month of the same year,] it was declared that since the previous fourth month, throughout the period of guard duty, he had served without a single absence and with great diligence.

1. In the eighth month of the twelfth year (Year of the Boar), his request to revert to his original name "Hayato" (隼人) was granted.

1. In the twelfth month of the same year, due to an unexpected/sudden journey to Edo by his lord, he traveled to Edo to serve as an attendant in the guard rotation.
Note: As the journey through snow and wind was particularly arduous, making the attendance as escort especially demanding, he was, as a gesture of special favor, presented with sake (御酒) while in Edo.

1. In the same month, although the number of attendants for the journey had been reduced, it was declared that he had nonetheless served without a single absence and with great diligence throughout.

1. In the fourth month of the thirteenth year (Year of the Rat), in connection with his lord's journey to Kyoto, he was appointed as an escort in the guard rotation detachment, served as attendant both on the outward and return journeys, and returned to Aizu in the sixth month of the same year upon being relieved by his replacement.
