（前頁より続き）内では松平駿河守様が焼けた。この辺りの御組屋敷では、加藤様・大原様・渡辺様・冬木様が焼け、本間様・大森様・中条様・黒川様は半ば焼けてそこで止まった。この辺りで焼けなかった家も、大半は潰れが多かった。小石川御門より西は損じが少なかった。飯田町・俎板橋・九段坂辺りは少々崩れ、番町の小路々々をよく見届けたところ、格別の痛みはなかった。潰れ家百八十軒と二十四棟潰れ、土蔵六十三ヶ所、焼失の土蔵は数知れず。
⑫外神田の佐久間町辺り・相生町・松永町・同和泉橋通りでは、藤堂和泉守様・同佐渡守様のあたりが少々損じた。それより宗対馬守様・生駒主殿頭様・三味線堀では佐竹右京太夫様・立花左近将監様、御徒町通りでは加藤遠江守様等が破損した。それより外神田の旅籠町・金沢町は余程損じ、神田仲町三丁はいずれも大破損した。それより

湯島辺りでは、聖堂（御学問所）は別条なく、神田明神も無事であった。本郷辺りはゆるやかで、妻恋稲荷は別条なく、湯島天神は損じ、切通し辺りは格別のことはなかった。この辺りの潰れ家は六十七棟、潰れ土蔵は六ヶ所。
⑬神田明神下・同朋町・同御台所町は大破し、同平永町代地・柳原・岩井町代地・花房町代地もともに大破した。それより御成道の西側では、松平伊賀守様・黒田豊前守様・大関信濃守様等が焼け、石川主殿頭様は半ば焼けた。同じく向かいの小笠原左京太夫様は大破損した。上野の大門町・車坂町・長者町一丁目・二丁目・下谷町二丁目代地等が焼け、中御徒町の片側にて止まった。また上野広小路の東側の中程より出火して、北大門町・元黒門町・上野町一丁目・二丁目が焼け、一条院・徳大寺も焼失した。同朋町・新黒門町・上野御家来屋敷も焼けた。御成道では井上筑後守様の東北角が少々焼け、残りは総崩れとなった。三枚橋横丁は（次頁へ続く）

(Continued from previous page) ...inside [Koishikawa Gate], the residence of Lord Matsudaira Suruga-no-kami burned. In the nearby group residences (kumi-yashiki), the residences of Lord Katō, Lord Ōhara, Lord Watanabe, and Lord Fuyuki burned. The residences of Lord Honma, Lord Ōmori, Lord Chūjō, and Lord Kurokawa were about half burned, and the fire stopped there. Even the houses in this area that escaped the fire were largely collapsed. West of Koishikawa Gate, damage was minimal. Iidamachi, Manaitabashi, and the area around Kudanzaka saw minor collapse. After carefully inspecting the lanes and alleys of Banchō, no particular damage was found there. A total of 180 houses and 24 buildings collapsed, along with 63 storehouses (dozō); the number of storehouses lost to fire is unknown.
⑫ In the area of Sakumamachi in Soto-Kanda, along with Aioimachi, Matsunagamachi, and Izumibashi-dōri, the areas around the residences of Lord Tōdō Izumi-no-kami and Lord Tōdō Sado-no-kami sustained minor damage. From there, the residences of Lord Sō Tsushima-no-kami and Lord Ikoma Tonomo-no-kami, along Samisenbori the residence of Lord Satake Ukyō-no-tayū, Lord Tachibana Sakon-no-shōgen, and along Okachimachi-dōri the residence of Lord Katō Tōtōmi-no-kami and others sustained damage. Furthermore, the areas of Hatagomachi and Kanazawamachi in Soto-Kanda sustained considerable damage, and all three chō of Kanda Nakamachi suffered major damage. From there—

—in the Yushima area, the Sacred Hall (Seido, the Shogunal Academy) suffered no particular damage, and Kanda Myōjin Shrine was unharmed. The Hongō area suffered only mild damage. Tsumakoi Inari Shrine suffered no particular damage, Yushima Tenjin Shrine sustained damage, and the area around Kiritōshi saw nothing of particular note. In this area, 67 buildings collapsed and 6 storehouses were destroyed.
⑬ Kanda Myōjin-shita, Dōbōmachi, and Odaidokomachi suffered major damage. The substitute-land districts (daichi) of Hiranagamachi, Yanagiwara, Iwaimachi, and Hanabusachō likewise suffered major damage. From there along the western side of the Onari-dō (the Shogun's ceremonial road), the residences of Lord Matsudaira Iga-no-kami, Lord Kuroda Buzen-no-kami, and Lord Ōzeki Shinano-no-kami and others burned; the residence of Lord Ishikawa Tonomo-no-kami was about half burned. Across the road, the residence of Lord Ogasawara Sakyō-no-tayū suffered major damage. In Ueno, the areas of Daimonchō, Kurumazakachō, Chōjamachi 1-chōme and 2-chōme, and the substitute-land district of Shitayamachi 2-chōme burned, with the fire stopping at one side of Naka-Okachimachi. Furthermore, a fire broke out from around the middle of the eastern side of Ueno Hirokōji, burning Kita-Daimonchō, Moto-Kuromon-chō, and Uenomachi 1-chōme and 2-chōme. Ichijō-in and Tokudaiji were burned down. Dōbōmachi, Shin-Kuromon-chō, and the Ueno retainers' residences (o-kerai yashiki) also burned.
