【右丁】
鈴木・石川・坂巻・福井・山崎様のお屋敷が焼け、上野町一丁目横丁はよし田様のところで焼け止まった。東叡山（寛永寺）の御堂は別状なく、山内の宿坊は少々破損。不忍池の弁才天社内は大破。池の端仲町は少々傷み、御数奇屋町は総崩れ。天神下通りのお屋敷は大半が崩れた。茅町は一丁目・二丁目が潰れた上に残らず焼けた。山側は残るも崩れ家が多い。それより上野山下通りは損じており、広徳寺前通りは格別のことはなし。下谷稲荷・柳の稲荷などが破損。総じてこの辺りは寺院の多い所ゆえ、破損がおびただしい。阿部川町は緩やかであった。また菊屋橋西、新寺町から出火して、両側半丁ほど焼けた。また三十三間堂前、山本仁太夫の矢来内が潰れた上に出火して、矢来内だけ焼失。同所の矢先稲荷は残る。この辺りは総じて総潰れである。同・海禅寺門前・極楽寺門前・燈明寺門前・源空寺門前などで崩れが多い。

東門跡の添地は大破。幡随院門前は損じた。山伏町・山崎町辺は潰れが多く、新坂本町は総潰れ。入谷辺は大破。下谷坂本町二丁目・三丁目は焼失。同四丁目は大破。小野照崎明神は少々損じた。根岸辺は崩れが多い。同・金杉町四丁は総潰れで、圧死するものが多かった。三島の社・火除観音は大破。同・龍泉寺町は総崩れ。龍泉寺・大音寺・西徳寺・鷲大明神などが大いに揺れた。また蓑輪新町より天王前まで潰れが多く、小塚原・中村町は焼けており、はたご屋も残らず焼けた。それより橋戸河原、千住か門宿は大破損で、潰れ家千七百二十一軒、潰れ土蔵百九十八ヶ所、死人多し。
⑭〔小石川御門外〕 水戸様のお屋敷は、百軒長屋の向こう側が飛び飛びに焼失。同・芨坂町・水戸町辺は潰れが多く、同・伝通院門前は少々損じた。白山・巣鴨・駒込辺は損じが少なく、団子坂下・谷中・三崎町は総崩れ。

The residences of [the lords] Suzuki, Ishikawa, Sakamaki, Fukui, and Yamazaki burned, with the fires stopping at the residence of Yoshida in the side street of Uenocho 1-chōme. The main halls of Tōei-zan (Kan'ei-ji) suffered no particular damage, though the temple lodgings (shukubō) within the precincts were slightly damaged. The Benzaiten shrine within Shinobazu Pond suffered major damage. The Ikenohata Nakachō area suffered minor damage, while Osukiya-machi was completely destroyed. Most of the residences along Tenjin-shita-dōri collapsed. In Kayachō, both 1-chōme and 2-chōme collapsed and then burned entirely. The hillside areas survived, though many houses there had collapsed. From there, the area along Ueno Yamashita-dōri suffered damage, while the area in front of Kōtoku-ji showed no particular problems. Shitaya Inari and Yanagi no Inari shrines were damaged. Since this area as a whole contains many temples, the damage was extensive. Abegawa-chō suffered comparatively little damage. Furthermore, a fire broke out from the west of Kikuya-bashi in Shintora-machi and burned approximately half a block on both sides. Also, in front of Sanjūsangendō, the area enclosed by the fencing (yarai) of Yamamoto Jintayū collapsed and caught fire, with only the interior of the enclosure burning. The Yasaki Inari shrine in the same area survived. This entire vicinity suffered total collapse. There was also much collapse around the gates of Kaizen-ji, Gokuraku-ji, Tōmyō-ji, and Genkū-ji.

The adjoining land (soèchi) of the Eastern Monzeki suffered major damage. The area in front of Banzui-in was damaged. There was much collapse in the areas of Yamabushi-chō and Yamazaki-chō, while Shin-Sakamoto-chō was completely destroyed. The Iriya area suffered major damage. Shitaya Sakamoto-chō 2-chōme and 3-chōme were burned. The 4th block (4-chōme) of the same suffered major damage. Ono Teruzaki Myōjin shrine suffered slight damage. There was much collapse in the Negishi area. Kanasugichō 4-chō in the same area suffered total collapse, with many people crushed to death. Mishima Shrine and the Hiyoke Kannon suffered major damage. Ryūsen-ji-machi in the same area suffered total collapse. Ryūsen-ji, Daion-ji, Saitoku-ji, Washi Daimyōjin, and other temples and shrines shook tremendously. Furthermore, from Minowa Shinmachi to the area in front of Tennō, there was much collapse. Kozukahara and Nakamura-chō burned, with all the inns (hatagoya) destroyed by fire. From there, the Hashido riverside area and the posting station of Senju suffered great damage — 1,721 buildings collapsed, 198 earthen-walled storehouses (dozō) collapsed, and many deaths occurred.
⑭ [Outside the Koishikawa Gate]: The residence of the Lord of Mito (Mito-sama) — the area across from the Hyakken Nagaya row-houses burned in scattered patches. There was much collapse in the areas of Saizaka-chō and Mito-chō nearby. The area in front of Dentsu-in suffered slight damage. The areas of Hakusan, Sugamo, and Komagome suffered relatively little damage, while Dangozaka-shita, Yanaka, and Misakichō suffered total collapse.
