〇菌（くさひら）を見れは其 見（みる）人はかなき事を聞（きく）しるし
と占也
〇男子（なんし）ふたり女子（ちよし）ふたりを見れは其 家内（かない）に
ニ 度（と）の婚姻（こんいん）ある事あるへしと占也
〇池（いけ）の長（なかく）つゝきたるを見（みる）か或は川のなかれ
を見れは其 見（みる）人に諸事（しよし）阻（へたて）なく物のさば
けるしるしと占也
〇壷觴（つほさかつき）を見れは其 見（みる）人 思（おも）はさる飲食（いんしよく）を得
か或はふるまいにまねかれる事ありと占也

〇土の積（つみ）てあるを見れは其 見（みる）人 諸事（しよし）とゝ
こほる事ありと占也
〇沙（いさこ）を見れは散失（うせうしなふ）の禍（わさはひ）あり又石を見れは
其 見（みる）人 堅（かたき）心はしめて得なりと占也
現代語訳
と占う。
○きのこを見れば、その見る人ははかない事を聞く前兆と占う。
○男子二人、女子二人を見れば、その家内に二度の婚姻があるだろうと占う。
○池が長く続いているのを見るか、あるいは川の流れを見れば、その見る人に諸事障害なく物事がうまくいく前兆と占う。
○壺や杯を見れば、その見る人が思いがけない飲食を得るか、あるいは宴会に招かれることがあると占う。
○松や柏を見れば寿命を保つ前兆、また椿や桧を見れば、その家が栄える前兆と占う。
○波の音あるいは物騒がしい音に出会うと、思いがけないことで驚くことがあると占う。
○土が積んであるのを見れば、その見る人の諸事が滞ることがあると占う。
○砂を見れば散失の災いがあり、また石を見れば、その見る人は堅い心を持って事に当たるべきであると占う。
