【星図】角 角￣ノ二星￣ハ東方第一￣ノ之宿南‐北正‐直主￣ル＿ニ造

下泰平￣ノ之徴也
此星にあたりて生るゝ人は若き内は妻子（さいし）の
事にて大 凶（あしく）あるへし又老にいたりて
諸事心に遂（とけ）る也されとも人より先に

【星図】角（かく）
角の二星は東方第一の宿であり、南北に正直（まっすぐ）に並び、万物の造化（生成）を司る。また、熒惑（火星）が角を犯せば干ばつとなる。また、明るければ天下泰平の兆しである。
この星のもとに生まれた人は、若いうちは妻子のことで大きな災いがあるだろう。また、老年に至って諸事が心のままに遂げられるようになる。されども、人より先に物事を裁くことは凶である。
【星図】亢（こう）
亢の四星が明るければ、四方の境が教化に帰し、訴訟を聞いて刑獄（うったえ）を治める。また疫病を司る。移動（位置がずれる）すれば病が多くなり、明るくなければ干ばつとなる。
この星のもとに生まれた人は、福禄は遠い（得にくい）。老年に至って凶があるが、奢りを省いて身を謙（へりくたる）るときは、安全を保ち栄えるであろう。

The two stars of Jiao are the first mansion of the Eastern Palace, aligned straight from south to north, and govern the creation and transformation of all things. If Mars (熒惑, Huoxi) transgresses Jiao, there will be drought. When these stars shine brightly, it is an omen of great peace throughout the realm.
People born under this star will suffer great misfortune in their youth due to matters concerning their spouse and children. In old age, however, all affairs will proceed according to their wishes. That said, it is inauspicious to handle or judge matters ahead of others.
**[Star Chart] Kang (亢, "Neck" — 2nd Eastern Lunar Mansion)**
When the four stars of Kang shine brightly, the four borders will submit to moral influence, lawsuits will be heard, and criminal cases (訴訟) will be properly adjudicated. These stars also govern epidemics. If the stars shift (in position), disease will be widespread; if they do not shine brightly, drought will occur.
