尾の九星がすべて均等に明るければ、後宮に秩序があり、子孫が多く栄える。また（星が）集まり密になれば、水害をつかさどる。

They govern rewards and commendations, the promotion of worthy persons, and the bestowal of noble ranks and stipends.
A person born under this star will have thin fortune and prosperity. Throughout their life they will experience mental hardship and find it difficult to govern themselves properly. However, if they are warm and friendly toward others and treat people with respect, it will bring good fortune.

The six stars of the Ox (Qianniu/Altair region) resemble the shape of an ox and have two horns. They govern matters of ritual sacrifice. Furthermore, the central star governs oxen; if it moves, there will be much calamity for oxen. If this star appears curved, the price of rice will rise; if it is not bright, the five grains will fail to ripen.
A person born under this star will be endowed with fortune and prosperity, but will be short-lived. If they do live long, they will be poor and burdened with much mental hardship.
