一、明和元年申年（1764年）九月、羽州山形へ勤番のため罷り越し、在番中に御普請奉行を兼務するよう仰せ付けられた事。
一、同二酉年（1765年）六月、山形御城の請取の節より勤番中、諸事につき心を配り、新規の事柄においても精を出してよく取り計らったため、御褒美として御召古麻御上下一具をお与えになった。且つ、御普請奉行をも兼ねて勤め、格別に勤労いたした

1. In the 4th month of the same 12th year, Year of the Horse (1762): During his guard duty in the lord's absence (*otomari kinban*), he applied himself diligently in performing his duties and was praised and commended for this.
1. In the 9th month of the 1st year of Meiwa, Year of the Monkey (1764): He traveled to Yamagata in Uzen Province (*Ushū Yamagata*) for guard duty (*kinban*), and while stationed there (*zaiban*), he was additionally appointed to serve concurrently as Construction Magistrate (*go-fushin bugyō*).
1. From the 6th month of the same 2nd year, Year of the Rooster (1765): Beginning from the time of the formal receiving (*uketori*) of Yamagata Castle, throughout his guard duty, he attended carefully to all matters, applied himself diligently to new undertakings, and managed affairs capably. For this, he was awarded one set of used hempen formal hakama and jacket (*omeshi-furu asa no kamishimo*) as a reward. Furthermore, he had concurrently served as Construction Magistrate (*go-fushin bugyō*) with exceptional dedication and effort,

1. In the 3rd month of the same 4th year, Year of the Boar (1767): He was praised and commended for applying himself diligently and performing his duties in the field encampment without any deficiency.
1. In the 5th month of the same year: He was ordered to conduct an inspection of actual goods held in the rural granaries (*gōzō genbutsu aratame*) and carried out his rounds accordingly.
