一、同十酉年（寛永十年・1633年）、月不詳、願いの通り御役をご免じられ、外様組付をお申し付けになられた事。
一、同十三子年（寛永十三年・1636年）八月、羽州最上へお国替えの節、百石を下し置かれ、井深監物組にお申し付けになられた事。
一、同十九午年（寛永十九年・1642年）三月、五十石のご加増を下し置かれた事。
