一、寛文七未年（1667年）、月不詳、頭（組頭）の井深四郎兵衛がご役をご免じられたにつき、跡御役として生駒五兵衛組に罷り成った事。
一、延宝三卯年（1675年）十月、願いの通り、倅（息子）の四郎左衛門が御番代をお申し付けになられた事。
一、元禄元辰年（1688年）六月、願いの通り、隠居をお申し付けになられた事。
一、同四未年（1691年）、月不詳、「全心」と改名いたしたい旨、願いの通りお許しになられた事。
一、同八亥年（1695年）三月十三日、八十七歳にて病死。法名、本横全心居士。葬所、松厳山正法寺。

一、延宝三卯年（1675年）十月、親の願いの通り御番代をお申し付けになられ、生駒五兵衛組にて御城御番を相勤めた事。
一、天和二戌年（1682年）十二月、頭（組頭）の生駒五兵衛が病死につき、跡御役として一瀬傳兵衛組に罷り成った事。

1. In the 3rd year of Enpō, Year of the Rabbit (1675), 10th month: In accordance with his request, his son Shirōzaemon was appointed as his replacement on castle guard duty (*oban*).
1. In the 1st year of Genroku, Year of the Dragon (1688), 6th month: In accordance with his request, he was granted permission to retire (*inkyo*).
1. In the same 4th year, Year of the Ram (1691), month unknown: His request to change his name to "Zenshin" was granted.
1. In the same 8th year, Year of the Boar (1695), 13th day of the 3rd month: He died of illness at the age of eighty-seven. Posthumous Buddhist name (*hōmyō*): Honkō Zenshin Koji. Place of burial: Shōgonzan Shōhōji.
