【右丁】

一、享保八卯年（1723年）正月、日向与惣右衛門の弟・郡太を婿養子にしたい旨、願いの通りお許しになった事。

一、同年四月、組頭・原田伊豫が病死したため、跡の御役として梶原平馬組に移ることになった事。

一、同十一午年（1726年）四月、江戸へ勤番のため罷り登り、同十月に罷り下った事。

一、同十九寅年（1734年）二月、組頭・梶原平馬が病死したため、跡の御役として神保内蔵助組に移ることになった事。

一、元文三午年（1738年）五月、願いの通り、倅・郡太に御番代をお申し付けになった事。

一、同四未年（1739年）九月十六日、六十六歳にて病死。法名：雄岳昌英居士、葬所：同上（松厳山正法寺）。

1. In the 1st month of the 8th year of Kyōhō, Year of the Rabbit (1723): Permission was granted, in accordance with his request, for him to take Hyūga Yosōemon's younger brother, Kōta, as his son-in-law and adopted heir.

1. In the 4th month of the same year: Following the death of the unit commander (*kumigashira*) Harada Iyo, he was reassigned to the unit of Kajiwara Heima as the successor post.

1. In the 4th month of the same 11th year, Year of the Horse (1726): He traveled up to Edo for guard duty (*kinban*), and returned in the 10th month of the same year.

1. In the 2nd month of the same 19th year, Year of the Tiger (1734): Following the death of the unit commander Kajiwara Heima, he was reassigned to the unit of Jinbō Kurannosuke as the successor post.

1. In the 5th month of the 3rd year of Genbun, Year of the Horse (1738): In accordance with his request, his son Kōta was appointed as his replacement on guard duty (*oban dairi*).
