一右小社神供者日参補清代成季参勤
一神人四人日供ニ相従登山之事但御鉾御弓長キ物は神人ニ為

一刀祢弐人但前日ゟ壱人当日壱人参勤之事
一早天ゟ肝煎保健朝飯後ゟ惣奉行陣顕盛保登山之事
一貴布祢本社仮遷宮戌刻前被相催戌刻過無滞相済候旨肝煎
惣奉行中ゟ以飛札子刻比注進依之即刻御伝奏へ右之趣飛札
を以注進追付為御届惣代兼茂壱人出頭

一、外陣神供八膳 （辛櫃に入れ人夫二人、ただし権殿奥社朝御料のみ、端本宮朝夕四膳分である）
右のところへ人夫二人、都合十人並びに仲間二人、小者一人を申し付けられた事
一、右小社神供は日参補清代成季が参勤する
一、神人四人が日供に従い登山する事。ただし御鉾御弓長い物は神人に
持たせて遣わす
一、刀祢二人、ただし前日から一人、当日一人が参勤する事
一、早朝から肝煎保健、朝飯後から惣奉行陣顕盛保が登山する事
一、貴布祢本社仮遷宮は戌刻前に催され、戌刻過ぎに滞りなく済んだ旨、肝煎
惣奉行中から飛札により子刻頃注進があり、これにより即刻御伝奏へ右の趣旨を飛札
により注進し、追って御届のため惣代兼茂一人が出頭した

貴布祢社仮遷宮は酉半刻に催され、亥刻前に滞りなく済みました

代兼堅、陰陽長官倚顕、次官元宗（右両人の参向は権殿清祓によるものである）
一、白鬚社亥刻仮遷宮に神主博久、転供保尭が参勤した
一、随意参詣の人々は正祢宜業久、権祝保麗一顕等である

One Outer sanctuary divine offerings, eight meal sets (placed in sacred containers with two bearers, but only morning provisions for the temporary hall inner shrine, four meal sets for morning and evening at Tan main shrine)

One For the above small shrine divine offerings, daily attendant deputy Naruki serves
One Four shrine attendants accompany the daily offerings up the mountain. However, long items such as sacred spears and bows are carried by the shrine attendants
One Two sword-bearers, with one from the previous day and one on the current day serving
One From early morning, supervisor Yasutake, and from after breakfast, chief administrator Jinkensei Yasumori ascend the mountain
One The Kifune main shrine temporary relocation was initiated before the Hour of the Dog and completed without delay after the Hour of the Dog. A report was received around the Hour of the Rat via express message from the supervisors and chief administrators. Based on this, an immediate express message was sent to the imperial messenger regarding this matter, and subsequently representative Kanemochi appeared to make the official report
