案内被申遣事則返書請文到来

一摂社神鏡御搦糸御衾以下御箱入其社之祢宜へ被相渡
候事神主此節参籠ニ付掛り保韶へ神主ゟ被申入片岡貴布祢
等之祢宜江は神主ゟ被相渡之六社之祢宜江は於評儀所保韶ゟ

一今晩小社正遷宮ニ付昼之内四社共木植奉行中洗掃除

右の御両家とも取次まで申し置き、帰郷したとのこと。ただし願書は御伝奏のみ、御奉行
へは御届のみである。
二十二日 晴
一、朝飯後、東御役所へ来る。二十五日の片岡社正遷宮につき参向の弁当を
日野西殿へ申し出た御届書を持参するため、兼茂一人が出頭した。
一、安倍雅楽助・豊隠岐守に片岡社正遷宮の節に参勤があるよう
案内を申し遣わした。すぐに返書請文が到来した。
一、棚尾社・椙尾社・土師尾社・山尾社（今二十二日午後十時）正遷宮につき
御日供献進のため米渡し方は以下の通り
一、三斗六升七合 御日供料
一、一斗六升 四社御料
右の四社へは昼のうちに社務代季由が備え進め、入夜遷御了後に再び
備え進むこと、先例の通り。ただしこの時は御備神主。
一、右の小社正遷宮につき惣奉行陳顕保・合肝煎兼統が出頭し、諸向
点検のこと。
一、摂社の神鏡・御絡糸・御衾以下を御箱に入れ、その社の祢宜へ渡された
こと。神主がこの節参籠のため、掛りの保韶へ神主から申し入れ。片岡・貴布祢
等の祢宜へは神主から渡され、六社の祢宜へは評議所において保韶から
渡された。
一、今晩の小社正遷宮につき、昼のうちに四社とも木植奉行中が洗掃除を行った
こと。
一、今晩亥刻に棚尾社・椙尾社・土師尾社・山尾社の正遷宮である。

1. After breakfast, came to the Eastern Government Office. Kanemochi alone appeared to bring the notification document regarding provisions for attendance at Kataoka Shrine's formal relocation on the 25th, to be submitted to Lord Hinonishi.
1. Notices were sent to Abe Utanoske and Toyo Oki-no-kami that they should attend the formal relocation of Kataoka Shrine. Reply letters of acknowledgment arrived immediately.
1. For the formal relocation of Tanao Shrine, Sugio Shrine, Hajio Shrine, and Yamao Shrine (today the 22nd, 10 PM), rice distribution for daily offerings is as follows:

To the four shrines above, shrine deputy Kiyoshi will make offerings during the day, and again after the evening relocation ceremony is completed, following precedent. However, at this time it will be the offering priest.
1. For the formal relocation of the aforementioned minor shrines, head administrator Jin Kenyasu and joint supervisor Kanetō appeared for inspection of various matters.
1. The sacred mirrors, binding cords, sacred covers and other items of the subsidiary shrines were placed in sacred boxes and handed over to the priests of those shrines. Since the head priest is in retreat at this time, application was made through the head priest to the supervisor Yasutoshi. For priests of Kataoka, Kifune and others, items were handed over by the head priest, and for priests of the six shrines, they were handed over by Yasutoshi at the council office.
1. For tonight's formal relocation of the minor shrines, during the day all four shrines were cleaned by the tree-planting officials.
