英語訳
Before the appointed time, head administrator Jin Kenyasu and his associate appeared and gave orders to the sword bearers to set up curtains and other equipment. During the day, head priest Hirohisa decorated the interior of the main halls of the four shrines. Prior to this, yin-yang master Ken performed purification rituals at the main halls of the four shrines.
1. Before the hour of the boar in the evening, they departed from the retreat quarters. Two shrine attendants (carrying torches), one sword bearer (carrying sacred wands), the head priest (wearing court dress, accompanied by one person in ordinary court dress, two attendants in white, and bearers for shoes and umbrellas), acting head priest Kaneyasu, deputy administrator Yasuhiro, and deputy Kaneken followed in attendance, along with transfer offering ninth group Yasusue, tenth group Hiroyasu, two shrine attendants carrying the sacred treasure boxes, and two shrine attendants carrying the divine offering boxes.
Next, yin-yang master Ken performed purification of the sacred treasures, divine offerings, and the persons of the head priest and transfer offering attendants. Next, master carpenter Arikiyoshi performed the key ceremony. First, the divine relocation to Tanao Shrine, Sugio Shrine, Hajio Shrine, and Yamao Shrine was completed and the head priest made offerings. Next, celebratory incense and sake were offered, then divine offerings were prepared and presented, and the sacred doors were closed. Everything was completed without delay, and there was a communion feast with divine offerings and sacred sake at the retreat quarters, including even those who came for voluntary worship.
1. Those who came for voluntary attendance were: assistant head priest Yasuhisa, celebrant Yasuurara, Kataoka head priest Norihisa, acting celebrant Suehiro (both Kataoka officials are currently in retreat), Kifune head priest Sokuhisa, Nara celebrant Ujio, and other purification leaders Shigehisa, Kanemochi, Kazuaki, and Yoshisue. According to Tsuneken's diary, Suesane, Yasugata, Yasukiyo, Suekata and others came for voluntary worship.
23rd day - Cloudy, rain fell during the relocation ceremony
1. Tonight at the hour of the dog (8 PM), for the formal relocation of five shrines - Fujiwo Shrine, Kawawo Shrine, Suwa Shrine, Hashimoto Shrine, Iwamoto Shrine - daily offerings were presented to the main shrine. Shingu head priest Yasutsugu, who was on duty for the offerings, and shrine parishioners on duty for the subsidiary shrines made the offerings. For the small shrines undergoing relocation, shrine deputy Kiyoshi made the offerings.
1. For the formal relocation of Kataoka Shrine on the coming 25th day, orders were given to the police officers and junior officials to arrange cleaning and lighting as was done on the 19th, and this was announced.
1. On that day, daily offerings for the outer sanctuary were as usual. For the shrine undergoing formal relocation, the inner sanctuary had offerings for both left and right sides, and the outer sanctuary had offerings for one side, as in the festival manner.
