一明日片岡社正遷宮ニ付社辺向為見繕惣奉行陳顕盛保

一西御奉行所ゟ惣代御召ニ付季栄壱人出頭之処七加家軍蔵出逢被申渡
は片岡社貴布祢社両社共正遷宮之節十九日之通り役人中被
差出候様致度段社中ゟ伝奏へ書付を以被願候ニ付則右之趣
御附ゟ御役所へ相達候ニ付則両御役所ゟ無警固為手番被
差出候仍此段被仰渡之旨也又被申ニハ右伝奏へ被出候書付写ニ
右之通伝奏へ相願候ニ付御届申上候趣ニ奥書致し今日
可差出旨被申仍而明朝可令持参之旨申答候事尤
此儀下鴨ゟハ今日被出候間廿四日之日附ニいたし明朝持参可
有之段被申候且又書付を以明日御普請方惣人数書上下
廿四人尤認之儀頼存之旨被申帰京之節前田へ人歩四人差
出候様被書付被渡夫ゟ東ニ手番役人中之御届申
一伝奏へ参上右之儀御届申且大膳へ面談之処只今御奉行ゟ
惣代被召所ニ候旨趣此間相願候趣武辺へ被相達候処只今
武家伝奏ゟ右願之通両社共為手番東西役人中可
被差出之段申来ニ付御達し之旨也仍而御奉行江右之段御

一、明日片岡社正遷宮につき、社辺向きの見繕いのため、惣奉行陳顕・盛保・保合・右俊が朝飯後より出頭すること

一、西御奉行所より惣代御召しにつき季栄一人出頭したところ、七加家軍蔵が出会い申し渡したのは、片岡社・貴布祢社両社とも正遷宮の節、十九日の通り役人中を差し出すようにいたしたい段、社中より伝奏へ書付を以って願い出たにつき、すなわち右の趣を御附より御役所へ相達したにつき、すなわち両御役所より無警固のため手番を差し出したのである。よってこの段仰せ渡しの旨である。また申したのは、右伝奏へ出した書付写しに、右の通り伝奏へ相願ったにつき御届け申し上げる趣に奥書をして、今日差し出すべき旨を申したので、明朝持参させる旨答えたこと。もっとも、この儀下鴨からは今日出したので、二十四日の日付にして明朝持参すべき段を申した。かつまた書付を以って明日御普請方惣人数書き上げ

When Suetaka, one person, attended the Western Administrative Office upon summons of the representative, Shichika-ke Gunzō met him and conveyed that for the formal relocation of both Kataoka Shrine and Kifune Shrine, they wished to dispatch officials as on the 19th day, and the shrine community had petitioned the court messenger with a written request. Accordingly, this matter was communicated from the court attendant to the administrative office, and consequently both administrative offices dispatched guards for security duty without arms. Therefore, this was the content of the directive. Furthermore, regarding the copy of the written petition submitted to the court messenger, since they had petitioned the court messenger as stated, they would append a postscript indicating this notification and submit it today. Therefore, he replied that it would be brought tomorrow morning. Moreover, since Shimogamo had already submitted theirs today, they said it should be dated the 24th day and brought tomorrow morning. Additionally, a written request was made for tomorrow's construction department total personnel list.
