右、神祇官の解を得て別雷社司の解に備え、別雷社の装束並びに神宝雑物等を式に依り応じて奉送すべき旨を言上する件について、権大納言藤原朝臣（紀光か）
宣して勅を奉る 請う者一物以上に依り、権左少弁藤原朝臣兼貫、左少史高橋朝臣春敷等が奉送する件について、社司等は宜しく承知し、宣に依りてこれを行うべし

Regarding the matter of receiving a directive from the Department of Divinities and preparing for the Wakeikazuchi Shrine officials' directive, stating that the ceremonial robes, sacred treasures, and various ritual items of Wakeikazuchi Shrine should be sent according to proper protocol, Acting Major Counselor Fujiwara no Ason (Norimitu?) reports:
Proclaiming the imperial edict: Regarding the matter of Acting Assistant Left Controller Fujiwara no Ason Kanetsura, Assistant Left Secretary Takahashi no Ason Harushiki and others sending items as requested, the shrine officials should duly acknowledge this and act according to the proclamation.
