Regarding Acting Major Counselor Fujiwara no Ason Norimitu proclaiming the imperial edict: As the one dispatching people to conduct the main shrine relocation ceremonies and related matters of this shrine on the 19th day of the 8th month, the shrine should duly acknowledge this, and during the envoys' stay, provisions should be supplied according to precedent. An official directive will be sent subsequently.
