勅を奉じて宣す。請いに依り、一物以上、権左少弁藤原朝臣兼貫、右少史紀朝臣厚敷等を奉送する件について、社司等は宜しく承知して宣に依り之を行うべし。

一、今日二十七日酉亥刻、梶田社・山森社・聖神寺鎮守社・神宮寺鎮守社等の正遷宮に付き、本宮摂社並びに右四社へ御日供を例の如く献進す。小社社務代が備え進む。
一、右に付き参向の輩は、神主博久、転供四番衆屋顕、五番衆崇顕。
但し右両人は山森社・聖神寺鎮守社等を勤仕し、梶田社・神宮寺鎮守社等は二番衆武清・三番衆苗清が相替りて勤仕す。別当兼安、所司代保博、目代々兼堅、陰陽元宗、神人四人、刀祢一人。

Imperial edict proclaimed: In accordance with the request, regarding the dispatch of Acting Left Minor Controller Fujiwara no Ason Kanetsuki, Right Minor Scribe Ki no Ason Atsushiki and others for one item or more, the shrine officials should duly acknowledge this and carry it out according to the proclamation.

The shrine should duly acknowledge this and provide support according to precedent while the envoys are in transit. An official document will follow.

Item 1: Today on the 27th day at the hour of the Rooster-Boar (7-9 PM), for the main shrine relocation ceremonies of Kajita Shrine, Yamamori Shrine, Shōjin-ji Temple Guardian Shrine, and Jingū-ji Temple Guardian Shrine, daily offerings are presented as usual to the main shrine's subsidiary shrines and the aforementioned four shrines. The deputy administrator of the minor shrines makes the preparations.
Item 1: Regarding the above, those participating are: Head Priest Hirohisa, rotating offerings fourth group Yaakai, fifth group Takaaki.
However, the above two persons serve at Yamamori Shrine and Shōjin-ji Temple Guardian Shrine, while at Kajita Shrine and Jingū-ji Temple Guardian Shrine, second group Takekiyo and third group Naekiyo serve in rotation. Head Administrator Kaneyasu, Deputy Administrator Yasuhiro, Deputy Representative Kanekata, Yin-Yang Master Motomune, four shrine attendants, one sword bearer.
