一今日時酉亥貴布祢小社吸葛社鈴市社日吉社結神社
正遷宮ニ付本宮摂社等へ御日供献進如例
但右小社四社は転供之輩備進也
一右ニ付神主博久《割書:昨日ゟ|登山》転供《割書:二番衆》武清《割書:五番衆》崇顕
右遷宮之社詰番貴布祢神人召れ参勤之事
経竪云陰陽倚顕別当兼安所司代保博目代々兼堅
正大工 刀祢壱人神人二人《割書:但西賀茂壱人|貴布祢壱人》詰番邦清
一巳刻計御所司組同心永田六郎右衛門雑掌季栄宅へ入来
来九月二日貴布祢正遷宮ニ付為警固方与力同心被出処

一、諸方面の点検のため、朝飯後、肝煎方保韶、総奉行右俊、沙汰人兼古等が木船で登山したこと
一、今日の時刻、酉亥時に貴船小社、吸葛社、鈴市社、日吉社、結神社の正遷宮に付き、本宮摂社等へ御日供を例の如く献進した
ただし右小社四社については転供の者が備え進めたものである
一、右に付き神主博久《昨日より登山》、転供《二番衆》武清《五番衆》崇顕
右遷宮の社詰番、貴船神人が召し出されて参勤したこと

Item 1: For inspection of various areas, after morning meal, overseer Hoshō, chief administrator Ushun, and administrator Kaneko and others climbed the mountain by wooden boat
Item 1: Today at the hour of tori-i (rooster-boar), for the formal relocation ceremony of Kifune small shrine, Suikatsura shrine, Suzuichi shrine, Hiyoshi shrine, and Yuigami shrine, daily offerings were presented to the main shrine and subsidiary shrines as usual
However, for the aforementioned four small shrines, those in charge of transferring offerings made the preparations
Item 1: In connection with the above, head priest Hakuhisa (who climbed the mountain from yesterday), those in charge of transferring offerings (second group) Takesei (fifth group) Sūken
For the shrine watch duty of the aforementioned relocation shrines, Kifune shrine personnel were summoned to attend

Master carpenter, one tōne, two shrine personnel (one from West Kamo, one from Kifune) watch duty Kunikiyoshi
