  一右大史           《割書:樽三升入|但官務故障ニ付代参故如此》   一《割書:史 史生|官掌》           井籠 壱組   一《割書:少内記|掃部寮|左右馬寮》           同断   一《割書:大蔵省主殿寮|副使召使使部》         同断   一《割書:御蔵 内蔵寮|主水司 衛士》         同断   一楽人            《割書:井籠壱組|五升樽 壱ツ》    一御所司役人へ        井籠 弐組   一雑色            《割書:強 飯五升|酒 三升》     但雑色認之事ハ先例ニ而谷役人振舞申事 一御普請方役人中へ進物酒五升頼ニ付上下廿人前夕飯并  夜食等甚兵衛ニ被申付凡本宮片岡之格也  右休所夫々江馳走人持参之事但御蔵主水司は先格  三升樽相添候旨馳走人迄被申候得共寛保社記ニ無之先格之  通井籠計遣し候旨兼為被申候処先年之日記等被為見壱樽  被送候間此度も先例違候得は如何処旨色々被申ニ付差掛り用意も  無之候間尚得と社記吟味之上追而返答可被入旨申置処承知之事 一申刻計奥社へ御伝奏御奉行等御同道ニ而御参向御案内  惣代安久季栄《割書:狩衣》外ニ保韶《割書:衣冠》付添被参候事 一主殿寮掃部寮木工寮等設之事本宮正遷宮同耳組之事ハ片岡ニ同シ

一、右大史           樽三升入                 但し官務故障により代参のためこのように 一、史・史生・官掌       井籠一組 一、少内記・掃部寮・左右馬寮  同断 一、大蔵省主殿寮・副使召使使部 同断 一、御蔵・内蔵寮・主水司・衛士 同断 一、楽人            井籠一組、五升樽一つ 一、御所司役人へ        井籠二組 一、雑色            強飯五升、酒三升   但し雑色への饗応については先例により谷役人が振る舞うこと 一、御普請方役人中への進物 酒五升   依頼により上下二十人前の夕飯並びに夜食等を甚兵衛に申し付けた   おおよそ本宮片岡の格式である   右の休所それぞれへ馳走人が持参すること 但し御蔵主水司は先例により三升樽を添える旨を馳走人まで申し伝えたが、寛保社記にはそれがなく、先例の通り井籠のみを送る旨を兼為が申したところ、先年の日記等をご覧になって一樽を送っていたので、今度も先例と違ってはいかがなものかと色々と申されたため、差し迫って用意もないので、なお十分に社記を吟味した上で追って返答を入れる旨を申し置いたところ、承知された 一、申の刻頃、奥社へ御伝奏・御奉行等がお揃いで御参向   御案内総代安久季栄(狩衣)のほかに保韶(衣冠)が付き添って参られた 一、主殿寮・掃部寮・木工寮等の設営について   本宮正遷宮と同じ、組織については片岡と同じ

However, regarding the Imperial Storehouse Water Supply Office, it was conveyed to the attendants that according to precedent a three-shō barrel should be added, but since this was not recorded in the Kanpō shrine records, Kanetame stated that only wicker baskets should be sent according to precedent. When previous year records were examined showing that one barrel had been sent, various concerns were raised about how it would look to differ from precedent this time. Since there was no immediate preparation available, it was agreed to thoroughly examine the shrine records and provide a follow-up response later, which was acknowledged. 1.
