一田口被招来廿八日上棟本宮御料并権殿小社三十六社日供添御
料共如立柱之時用意之事被申入
一作所奉行兼統別当兼安目代垂顕代兼堅所司義保代保博へ来ル廿
八日参勤可被致旨被申入候事
一右所司大夫へ者辰刻迄ニ御参三度并御所屋座且芝之上
作所座之事神人へ被申付候様被申渡候事
一別当大夫へ神人共一人辰上刻参勤致候様可被申付旨被申渡
一貴布祢日参来ル廿八日当番捨寿大夫被招小社御備之儀被申入

一、御上棟相済み先例の通り木作始め来る七月二日三日の内執行につき、材木方請負へ申し入れ代銀十二匁にて樽（節木）四寸角長二間二本を調達させた件
一、来る廿八日正殿御上棟につき示し合わせのため総奉行陳顕盛保寿保が参集する件
一、十手若役中を招き来る廿八日本宮上棟巳刻に候間、随意参詣有るべき旨を触れ回るよう申し入れた件
一、田口を招き来る廿八日上棟本宮御料並びに権殿小社三十六社日供添御料共に立柱の時のごとく用意する件を申し入れ
一、作所奉行兼統別当兼安目代垂顕代兼堅所司義保代保博へ来る廿八日参勤すべき旨を申し入れた件
一、右所司大夫へは辰刻までに御参三度並びに御所屋座かつ芝の上作所座の件を神人へ申し付けるよう申し渡した件
一、別当大夫へ神人共一人辰上刻参勤致すよう申し付けるべき旨を申し渡し
一、貴布祢日参来る廿八日当番捨寿大夫を招き小社御備えの儀を申し入れ

One item: Following the completion of the ridge-raising ceremony, for the beginning of wooden construction within July 2nd and 3rd according to precedent, contacted the timber contractor and procured two pieces of barrel wood (knotty wood) four sun square, two ken long, for twelve monme of silver
One item: For the upcoming 28th main hall ridge-raising ceremony, chief administrators Chin Akimori, Hoju, and Ho assembled for coordination
One item: Summoned the junior police officials and instructed them to announce that for the upcoming 28th main shrine ridge-raising at the hour of the snake, voluntary worship visits are welcome
One item: Summoned Taguchi and instructed regarding preparations for the upcoming 28th ridge-raising, including offerings for the main shrine, provisional halls, thirty-six subsidiary shrines, and additional daily offerings, to be prepared as during the pillar-raising ceremony
One item: Instructed construction supervisor Kanenori, head priest Kaneyasu, deputy Taruaki, assistant Kaneken, administrator Yoshiyasu, and deputy Hirohaku to attend on the upcoming 28th
One item: Instructed the above administrator to arrange that by the hour of the dragon, three visits be made, and that the shrine servants be assigned to the imperial residence seating area and the construction site seating area on the lawn
One item: Instructed the head priest that one shrine servant should attend during the upper part of the dragon hour
One item: For Kibune daily worship on the upcoming 28th, summoned duty officer Sutehisa and discussed arrangements for the subsidiary shrines
