右俊が肝煎兼統、沙汰人兼古森顕右、沙汰人両人は跡仕舞を兼ね、詰番当番氏普、非番邦清が参勤した。刀祢一人、神人一人が賀茂から参った。
四日（丙寅）曇天
一、貴船小社、白石社、梅宮、梶取社の戌の刻正遷宮につき、本宮摂社へ御日供献進。氏神祢宜兼康が遷宮の社へは貴船において転供の輩が献進した。昨日の通り。その他参勤の輩は昨夜と同様。
子半刻ばかりに神主転供、惣奉行右俊、その他所司別当目代以下諸役人が下山し、参籠所へ帰った。首尾よく済んだとのことである。次第は前と同じ。
神主へは例により社中から乗物を申し付けた。
五日（丁卯）陰 午の刻ばかりから風雨、夜に入って晴れ
一、今夜新宮大田等の御社正遷宮につき、本宮摂社へ日供献進である。
当番祠官氏神祝寿保、代紀季。
一、惣奉行陳顕盛保保が社頭へ出頭、幕以下を設置した。刀祢、人夫等を申し付けた。
一、今夜新宮大田正遷宮につき、火廻り五人を申し付けた。
一、巳半刻ばかりに両社内を飾り、神主某の社、両官は衣冠、転供は浄衣。
先ず神宝方、神宝倉から、またはお忌み子屋等から神宝神器を出し、拝殿へ出して申し上げた。神主両官を飾った。神服も同様、神主から持ち出した。
一、この以前に陰陽師顕が両社新殿を清祓した。

The Onmyoji Akira, Betto Ken'an, Shoshidai Yasuhiro, and Mokudai Kenken served as general administrators.

1. For the formal relocation of Kifune subsidiary shrine, Shiraishi shrine, Ume-no-miya, and Kajitori shrine at the hour of inu, daily offerings were presented to the main shrine and subsidiary shrines. Ujigami negi Yasuyasu presented transfer offerings at Kifune for the relocated shrines, as yesterday. Other participants in service were the same as last night.
Around the half of the hour of ne, the head priest for transfer offerings, general administrator Ushtun, and other officials including shoshi, betto, mokudai and various functionaries descended the mountain and returned to the retreat quarters. It was completed successfully. The procedures were the same as before.
For the head priest, a palanquin was provided by the shrine community as customary.
Fifth day (hinoto-u) - Overcast. From around the hour of uma, wind and rain, clearing after nightfall.
