一、今夜沢田氏神両社の正遷宮につき、月次御祈祷を早天に催されたこと。
一、早朝から惣奉行陳顕・盛保・保合・右俊が両社神前に出頭し、何か設営されたこと。
一、巳の刻頃、両社内飾りのため神主両官・転供が参向し、未の刻頃両社とも済んだこと。
一、今晩両社正遷宮につき、本宮摂社に神供を備え進めたこと。祠官片岡祢宜功久が参勤した。
一、酉の刻に沢田社正遷宮が始まり、戌の刻頃に済んで、仮殿の神宝を撤却した。戌の刻過ぎに氏神社正遷宮が始まり、亥の刻過ぎ頃に遷御が済んだ。両社とも遷宮次第は新宮・大田の如くであるため略す。《ただし庭燎を消した後に御戸開き・清銫等があった》
