一昨日寄会延引ニ付今日被催也会所氏哲披露之内
一去ル八日御蔵山科但馬守ゟ越前守美作守江手紙到来旨
趣は貴布祢ニ而正遷宮之夜一社ゟ被贈物先格ニ相違之段
被申越ニ付尚相談之上自是取調返書可申旨返答致
置候事 評ニ兼日御奉行迄御断被申候通先格無之旨手

一去十一日目代兼堅ゟ被申入候は御遷宮等無滞相勤候ニ付
古キ浄衣新調出来之上は競馬分之内頂戴致度
尤指貫も新敷出来候はゝ古キ方頂戴被致度尤先年も
古物は其節ノ目代頂戴被致候様風聞承候併此度之
願は先例ニ而被願候と申儀ニ而無之候へ共頂戴被致度旨
所司保博ゟも同様被願候事
評ニ寛保ニも被分候へは此度別而御苦労之儀ニ候間善悪は
格別古キ浄衣被遣可然指貫は壱ツ新調ニ而外は修復ニ相成
候故難被遣旨也神主も段々御苦労候間競馬之古キ袍計善悪は
格別可被遣決

一、昨日の寄り合いが延期になったため、今日開催された。会所で氏哲が披露した内容：
一、去る八日、御蔵の山科但馬守から越前守・美作守へ手紙が到来した件
趣旨は、貴布祢において正遷宮の夜に一社から贈り物があったが、先格（先例）と相違している段を申し越されたため、なお相談の上、こちらから取り調べて返書を申すべき旨を返答しておいた。
評議では、兼日御奉行まで御断り申し上げた通り、先格がない旨を手紙で遣わすことに決定。
一、去る十一日、目代兼堅から申し入れがあった件は、御遷宮等が滞りなく勤められたため、古い浄衣を新調できた上は、競馬分の内から頂戴したい。もちろん指貫も新しくできれば、古い方を頂戴したい。もちろん先年も古物はその節の目代が頂戴したと風聞で承っている。併しこの度の願いは先例で願うということではないが、頂戴したい旨。
所司保博からも同様に願い出があった。
評議では、寛保にも分けたので、この度は特に御苦労であったため、善悪は格別として古い浄衣を遣わすのが然るべき。指貫は一つ新調で外は修復になったため遣わし難い旨。神主も段々御苦労なので、競馬の古い袍のみ善悪は格別として遣わすことに決定。
一、昨日、別当大夫・預大夫・歌役等が先達て願い出た着用類について、又々願い出た件。
評議では、例の儀ということであれば外にも右の格があり如何であるが、格別の苦労もあり願いでもあるため、それぞれ遣わすことに決定。

Regarding the request made on the 11th by deputy Kaneken: Since the shrine relocation and other duties were performed without incident, when new pure vestments are made, he would like to receive some from the horse racing allocation. Of course, if new hakama are also made, he would like to receive the old ones. He has heard rumors that in previous years, the deputy of that time received old items. However, this request is not based on precedent, but he would like to receive them.
Shoshi Yasuhiro made a similar request.
In deliberation: Since items were distributed during Kanpō era, and this time involved particular hardship, regardless of condition, it would be appropriate to give the old pure vestments. 1. Since all construction work was completed without incident, according to precedent for congratulatory gifts to the police magistrate: during Kanpō it was ten ryō in gold, but since miscellaneous expenses have been reduced this time, it was decided that ten pieces of silver would be appropriate.
