現代語訳
一、楽人二人へ先格では浄衣・指貫一通りを下されたが、この度は余慶もないため、如何にすべきかという件。
評議では、先格で遣わされた事であれば、調えてでもいずれも遣わすのが然るべきと決定。
一、貴布祢の祢宜息久から宣命・宣旨等が差し出された。
料紙は鳥子・黄紙
天皇の詔として、畏れ多くも貴布祢の大神の広前に、恐れ恐れながら申し上げます。
神社を崇敬するのは古今の通例であり、旧きを改め替えて新しく修造し、経営を遂げ成し、正殿を美麗に飾り立てて、今遷宮を催させなされました。風雨の難もなく感応を垂れ、無事無故に遂げさせることは、大神の御恵み御助けによるものと思われます。故にここに吉日良辰を択び定めて、
正二位行権大納言藤原朝臣隆望を差し遣わして、礼代の大幣を捧げ持たせて奉り出しなされます。
大神よ、この状を平らかに安らかに聞し食して、天皇朝廷を宝位動くことなく、常盤堅磐に夜守り日守りに護り幸い給えと、恐れ恐れながら申し上げます。

1. Regarding the two court musicians: According to precedent, they were given one set each of pure vestments and hakama, but this time there are no surplus funds, so what should be done?
In deliberation: Since this was done according to precedent, it was decided that they should be given these items even if they need to be specially prepared.
1. The Shinto priest Ikyū of Kifune submitted imperial edicts and imperial orders.
The paper used was toriko and yellow paper.
By Imperial decree, we humbly and fearfully address the great deity of Kifune before your sacred presence.
Revering shrines is the eternal custom from ancient times to the present. Having replaced the old with new construction and management, completing the project and beautifully decorating the main hall, the shrine relocation is now being conducted. That it was accomplished safely without incident, despite wind and rain difficulties, and with divine response, is thought to be due to the great deity's benevolence and assistance. Therefore, selecting an auspicious day and favorable time,
we dispatch Senior Second Rank Acting Provisional Major Counselor Fujiwara no Ason Takamochi to present the great offerings of gratitude.
Great deity, please receive this petition peacefully and tranquilly, and protect and bless the Imperial Court so that the imperial throne remains unmoved, as firm as eternal rock, guarding it night and day. We humbly and fearfully make this request.
