評一座へ可被通ニ決
一神主演説云造営ニ付諸役人并御掛り衆中へ正遷宮無滞
相済候ニ付御祝儀被遣候儀如何正徳寛保之度ニも有之候
併雑用銀之儀御公儀ゟ三割減シニ而御渡被成候へは今度は
正徳寛保とは違候間掛り衆中へは四割程も被減可然哉
且又関東御礼之儀并御能之儀如何ニ候哉事
評ニ御祝儀之義は正徳寛保ニも有之候得は無拠方は
先格之通其外少々ニ而も被遣可然関東御礼之儀は
格別之儀候間早速御窺可然哉併正遷座相済候而御窺
可被成且又御能之儀は先々御見合也
右畢而各退散

一、神主の演説によると、造営に付き諸役人並びに御掛り衆中へ正遷宮が滞りなく済んだことに付き御祝儀を遣わす儀はいかがか。正徳・寛保の度にもこれがあった。しかし雑用銀の儀について御公儀より三割減しにて御渡しになったので、今度は正徳・寛保とは違うので掛り衆中へは四割程も減らすのが然るべきか。また関東御礼の儀並びに御能の儀はいかがか、という件
評議では、御祝儀の義は正徳・寛保にもあったので、やむを得ないことは先格の通り、その外少々にても遣わすのが然るべき。関東御礼の儀は格別の儀なので早速御窺いするのが然るべきか。しかし正遷座が済んでから御窺い

This was also done during the Shōtoku and Kanpō eras. However, since the government has reduced miscellaneous silver allowances by 30%, this time is different from the Shōtoku and Kanpō periods, so would it be appropriate to reduce gifts to those in charge by about 40%? Also, how should the matter of formal gratitude to the Eastern authorities and the Nō performance be handled?
The council's view: Since congratulatory gifts were also given during Shōtoku and Kanpō, unavoidable expenses should follow precedent, and other small amounts should be given as appropriate. The matter of formal gratitude to Eastern authorities is a special case, so immediate inquiry would be appropriate. However, the inquiry should be made after the formal relocation is completed. Regarding the Nō performance, this should be considered later.
