評ニ延宝之格を以摂社六匁小社壱匁五分権殿仮殿

現代語訳
参上したところ雑掌築山左膳が出迎えて申し渡されたのは、先刻神主並びに
岡本三位がお召しになられて御伝奏の御心入れの儀を仰せ渡され候、なお一統へ漏れ
ないよう申し達すべき旨を申し渡され、これにより右の仰せ渡しの趣を御奉行へも御届け
申し上げるべきかと相尋ねしたところ、その儀に及ばずとのことであった
一席より云う、摂社小社仮殿神酒代御定めになられるべきかの事
評定にて延宝の格例をもって摂社六匁、小社一匁五分、権殿仮殿
銀五両に決定

Upon arrival, administrator Tsukiyama Sazen came out to meet him and conveyed: Earlier the head priest and
Okamoto Sanmi were summoned and the Imperial Liaison's heartfelt instructions were conveyed, furthermore it was ordered that this should be communicated
to everyone without omission. In response, when asked whether the content of these instructions should also be reported
to the magistrate, he replied that such action was unnecessary.
