一呈顕躬清入来被申入候は昨日被仰渡候趣昨夜惣老若
一統へ申聞候処一統承知被致候右御請被申入旨也
一三手蔵奉行元保若衆一統へ被申聞候不参之輩へは年行
事を以被申入処各承知之旨也
廿四日晴
一聖神寺神宮寺正遷座且聖神寺正遷座之節は先格ニ付
雑掌経茂惣奉行陳顕◦（各麻上下）仲間弐人小者弐人被召連被相詰
候事赤飯酒三種肴出候旨也亥刻頃被帰候事
廿五日晴
一昨夜二ヶ寺正遷座無滞相済候旨被届候事
廿六日晴
一貴布祢不動堂地蔵堂今晩正遷座ニ付依先格惣奉行
保合壱人巳刻頃登山尤詰番ト両人被相詰之旨也
廿七日《割書：己｜ 丑》晴
一朝飯後為惣代季栄壱人西御役所へ出頭旨趣は賀茂
貴布祢六ケ寺正遷座悉相済候段供僧ゟ一社江相届候ニ付
御届申上候旨ニ而御届書持参之事其留

一社御中
一呈顕躬清が入来して申し入れたのは、昨日仰せ渡された趣を昨夜総老若
一統へ申し聞かせたところ、一統承知いたした、右の御請けを申し入れる旨である
一三手蔵奉行元保が若衆一統へ申し聞かせた、不参の輩へは年行
事をもって申し入れたところ、各々承知の旨である
二十四日晴
一聖神寺神宮寺正遷座かつ聖神寺正遷座の節は先格により
雑掌経茂総奉行陳顕（各々麻上下着用）仲間二人小者二人を召し連れて詰めかけ
候事、赤飯酒三種肴が出された旨である。亥刻頃帰られた事

一昨夜二ヶ寺正遷座滞りなく相済んだ旨届けられた事

一貴布祢不動堂地蔵堂今晩正遷座につき先格により総奉行
保合一人巳刻頃登山、もっとも詰番と両人で詰めかけた旨である

一朝飯後総代として季栄一人西御役所へ出頭、趣旨は賀茂
貴布祢六ヶ寺正遷座悉く相済んだ段、供僧より一社江相届けたにつき
御届け申し上げる旨にて御届書持参の事、その留め置きは

One: Tei Kenkyu Kiyoshi came and reported: Regarding what was conveyed yesterday, when I informed all the senior and junior members last night,
everyone understood, and this acknowledgment is being reported
One: Mitetakura magistrate Motoyasu informed all the young attendants, and for those who were absent,
it was communicated through the annual officials, and everyone understood
24th day, clear weather
One: For the formal enshrinement of Shōjin-ji Jingū-ji and Shōjin-ji, according to previous precedent,
administrator Tsuneshige and chief magistrate Chinken (each wearing hemp formal wear) accompanied by two associates and two servants attended
Red rice, sake, and three kinds of delicacies were served. They returned around the Hour of the Boar
25th day, clear weather
One: It was reported that the formal enshrinement of the two temples was completed without delay last night
26th day, clear weather
One: For tonight's formal enshrinement of Kifune Fudō Hall and Jizō Hall, according to previous precedent, chief magistrate
Yasumasa, one person, climbed the mountain around the Hour of the Snake, and both he and the duty officer attended together

One: After morning meal, Suei as representative went alone to the West Government Office, the purpose being that
the formal enshrinement of all six temples of Kamo and Kifune was completed, as reported by the temple priests to the shrine,
therefore submitting a notification document to report this matter, the record of which is:
