一関東へ御礼発足之儀如何御相談可被成哉之事
評発足十一月十日頃願ニ出頭は （当月）九日十日頃可然ニ決
一佐久間甚八ゟ小社仮殿壱被申請度由之事
評可被遣ニ決
右畢而各退散
一楽頭豊隠岐守被招依先格烏帽子浄衣指貫末広等
弐人前楽頭両人へ外ニ金三百疋是は浄衣指貫不被
送衆中江為御礼儀被送之候事

一下鴨は十日頃伺書被出候趣尤発足十一月十日頃之積之
段申遣候事
一朝飯後為惣代安久兼茂伝奏御奉行へ出頭旨趣は御造
営相済候ニ付任先格御祝儀之能来十八日相催候依之御届
申上置候事
一別当ゟ川勝忠七江手紙ニ而御造営相済候ニ付御祝之御能
来ル十八日ニ被仰付候由神人を以被申入候事尤返書ニ奉畏
御請申上候由別当ゟ被申候事

一先格之通御祝之御能来ル十八日ニ被相催ニ付御届并関東へ
御礼之参府為願御非番ニ候へ共御掛り故西御奉行所へ朝飯

申し上げ置いた事
一別当より川勝忠七へ手紙にて、御造営が相済んだにつき御祝の御能を
来る十八日に仰せ付けられる由を神人を以て申し入れた事、もっとも返書に畏れ入り
御請け申し上げる由を別当より申された事

一先例の通り御祝の御能を来る十八日に催されるにつき御届、並びに関東への
御礼の参府を願うため、御非番であるが御掛りゆえ西御奉行所へ朝飯
後、惣代として業久・兼茂が出頭、すなわち御届書・関東への御礼願書・
例書等を持参、並びに今度の御造営掛り役人中への祝儀物を持参
