一、総代兼茂が帰郷し報告によると、能が済んだ届書は東で目付方田中弥五左衛門が受理し、西で山田作左衛門が受理した。この際西で江戸お礼参上の名前の届書を差し出したところ、これも作左衛門が受理した。伝奏奉行へは届け申し上げておいた。

一、定例日の寄り合い。会所兼古の報告の内容
一、去る二十一日、東西七町の役人が出席し、二十三日に造営が無事に済んだ慶祝の日供を献進いたす旨を届け申し上げた事
一、来る二十四日から五日間のうち、天気次第で狂言を昼に奉納したい旨を内々に
担当衆中まで申し入れてきた事
評議の結果、書付をもって両役所へ届けるのが適当であり、役所でお聞き届けの上で伝奏奉行へも届けがあるべきと決定。即刻総代季栄一人が出頭した（届書は奥に見える）

Representative Kanemochi returned and reported that the notification document about the completion of the Noh performance was received by Inspector Tanaka Yagoemon in the eastern office and Yamada Sakuzaemon in the western office. On this occasion, when he submitted the name registration document for the Edo gratitude visit to the western office, this was also received by Sakuzaemon. The notification was also submitted to the court intermediary magistrate.
