一御籍改めに付き十手中から位階書付が差し出されたが、先の会議で未決定の経営について万端いかが取り計らうべきかという件
評議により担当者へ委ねられた位階の件について、先の会議では沙汰がなかったが、位階の有無に関わらず名前を書き出すよう今一度若役中へ申し入れることとなった

一先の会議の評決の通り御籍経営の件を担当へ申し入れたところ相談があり
当年番勘定を今日お出しになり御吟味されるとのこと
一十手から位階について十六歳以上が書き出されたことと、刀祢から差し出された書付をいかが取り計らうべきかという件
評議により御籍奉行へ渡され、そこから所司大夫へ渡される先例に付き
その通りに相渡されることとなった
一御籍奉行を御兼頼されるべきかという件
評議により安久を兼ねて御兼頼とし、すぐに領掌の日限は二十八・九・晦日の三日
の内に陰陽へ勘文を申し入れることに決定
一席から言うには、御籍助筆を御兼頼されるべきかという件
評議により兼覚・右俊両人の内から兼頼するのが然るべきと決定
一席から言うには、所司大夫へ御籍改めの件を仰せ渡すべきこと
一季栄が言うには、関東下向の件について未だ御下知もないが今日まで下向の積もりであったが、年内余日もないので来春下向の覚悟があるべきか
御意を得たいとのこと
評議により御下知があってから右の趣を仰せ立て来春下向するのが然るべきと決定
一御籍改めに付き諸入用を勘定したところ左の通り決定されたこと
