御奉行所
申の刻頃帰郷し、西御役所へ昨日の御請けの御添翰願いを差し出したところ、
前田忠次郎が受け取り、なお追って申し入れるとのこと。それから伝奏御奉行へ
関東下向の御届けを申し上げ置いたとのこと
一寺家中から建札の写しが差し出されたこと

Around the hour of the Monkey (3-5 PM), they returned home and submitted yesterday's request for an accompanying letter to the Western Office,
where Maeda Chūjirō received it and said he would make further inquiries. Then the notification
of the journey to Kantō was submitted to the Imperial Messenger Magistrate
